Write On! is back for FOUR weeks and this time we are JOURNALING!

Journaling is the practice of writing down thoughts, feelings, experiences, and reflections, serving as a tool for self-reflection, emotional processing, and personal growth.

I find my clients saying things like “I should really journal more” or “I want to journal more” or “I used to journal” or “I don’t know how to journal, but I know that I should”
