This is My Exit: Knowing When to Leave

Ever know that it was the right time for you to go, and then you stuck around for 2, 4, 6, 8, maybe even 10 more years?

Yeah, me too.

Whether you’ve contemplated leaving a job, marriage, friendship or toxic family situation, the truth is, sometimes it feels easier to stay than to leave, no matter how bad it is.

The FEAR of the unknown is real, even when the reality of staying can be painful and hard to endure on a daily basis.

  • We fear the unknown.

  • We fear for our financial security.

  • We fear for our stability.

  • We fear hurting others in the process of getting what we need.

  • We fear letting other people down.

  • We fear being perceived in new ways outside of that situation.

In this hour-long workshop we are going to look at the reasons we stay in places too long, the reasons we resist making moves and some strategies for how to get ourselves out of fear’s way. In just 60 minutes you’ll be clearing the way for what’s possible for yourself!
